Delivery & Returns Policy

At Graena (ROI Nordic LLC), we are committed to delivering high-quality clothing and bags quickly and reliably. Below you will find important information regarding shipping, delivery, and returns.


Shipping & Processing Time

We process and ship orders within 0–48 hours after receiving the order confirmation.

Once shipped, standard delivery time within the United States is typically:

2–5 business days

Please note:

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • During high-demand periods (sales, holidays, product launches), shipping may take a few additional business days.

  • Delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other external factors are beyond our control.

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.


Shipping Fees

Shipping costs (if applicable) are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment is completed.


Order Issues

If your package arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the issue

  • Description of the problem

We will assess and resolve the issue promptly.


Returns Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused and unworn

  • Items must be in original packaging

  • All tags must remain attached

  • Return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

Items returned in a used, damaged, or altered condition may not qualify for a refund.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return if opened or worn. These exceptions will be clearly stated on the product page where applicable.


Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.


Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item to ensure availability.


Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, the order must follow the return process.
