This Terms of Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between:

(Hereinafter referred to as “Company”)

and

the customer (“Client”).

By using https://graena.com/ and purchasing any products, Client agrees to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Products & Usage

Company sells physical products, including clothing and bags.

All products are for personal use only. Commercial resale without written permission is prohibited.

Product images are for illustrative purposes. Minor variations in color, texture, and appearance may occur.

2. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be completed at checkout using approved payment methods.

Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock limitations.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped within the estimated processing time stated at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Company is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or force majeure events.

Risk of loss transfers to Client upon delivery to the carrier.

4. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only in accordance with Company’s Return Policy.

Items must be:

  • Unused

  • Unworn

  • In original packaging

  • Returned within the stated return period

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.

Refunds are processed after inspection of returned items.

5. Personal Information

Client agrees to provide accurate personal and billing information.

Company handles personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable U.S. laws.

Providing false information may result in account termination.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, designs, images, and text are the property of Company.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

7. Warranties & Limitation of Liability

All products are provided “as is” and “as available.”

Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits.

Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

8. Force Majeure

Company is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, labor disputes, or governmental actions.

9. No Guarantees

Company makes no guarantees regarding:

  • Fit

  • Durability

  • Suitability for specific purposes

  • Individual satisfaction

Client is responsible for selecting appropriate products.

10. Geographic Limitation

Company currently sells only within the United States.

Client represents that purchases are made in compliance with U.S. laws.

11. Termination

Company may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

No refunds will be issued in cases of misuse or abuse.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.

All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Wyoming courts.

13. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties.

Any amendments must be in writing and approved by Company.
